Winter sport is starting again!

      Get your sports gear on because Winter sport is back! 

Hello everyone welcome back to Pieta's blogathon today i'm going to be talking about Winter sport. Last week all the A teams from Catholic schools all around Christchurch went to play sports  I play netball  for winter sport, and I LOVE it so much. Anyway last week we all went to Hagley to play heaps of netball games for the Catholic school netball tournament. You can also play Rugby, Football,Hockey or Netball. I personally think I have the best netball team in the world, We started our first game and it was St Francis VS  Sacred Heart. Before I tell you how our first game went I just wanted to say Sacred Heart played awesome and were a really hard team to VS. We won our first game I was really tired but happy i'm not sure what score was but  both schools played really well.The next game we versed OLA our lady of assumption they played absolutely amazingly well (WOW that's a mouthful to say out loud) anyway at the end of that game I was so happy because WE WON YAY. OLA  had great sportsmanship and were very kind. The next people we played were South New Brighton they Played AMAZINGLY (wait is that a word..... never mind) We Played our third game I had so much energy but I was a sub for that game...😟 but it was great to watch. But drum roll please no not drum roll the bread but like a proper drum roll   (thank you) any way we WON YES YES YES. South new Brighton were a hard team to bet ( well that's what the other players said in my team I wouldn't know because I didn't play).  But they played GREAT. That was our last game I was sad it was over but also very happy that we won all our games. Thank you to the people that organised this tournament it was heaps of fun to be apart also thank you to all the teams that participated they played Amazingly.

                                         Welcome back to another Blog from Pieta'sblogathon

Yesterday on the second or March we Did our cross country at Walter park. If you do or don' t know  i'm year 6 at St Francis of Assisi school. Our year sixes  go last at cross country and we were all doing long distance. Before I went to my Race I played games with Frankie Grace Sophie Beth and Holly also Lydia. We were singing playing games and drawing each other. Then we heard the teacher call out year six girls please come to the finish line. When I heard that my happy face turned into a nervous face. I was absolutely terrified but then Grace said to me don't stress clam down it's just a race. Then I was like thanks Grace I really appreciate  it  and gave her a hug. Then I started my race and guess what?, I came ninth I was extremely happy with my results.

Now Question time  where do you do your cross country?
